Hawaiian Chicken Rice Bowls
- 1 pouch Basmati Rice
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 small can Pineapple chunks
- 1 Green pepper
- 1 Red pepper
- 1 Orange pepper
- Marinade chicken in juice from pineapples for one hour
- Season chicken with seasoning of choice and cook in non stick skillet
- Cook rice according to directions
- In seperate skillet add 1 tbsp of grape seed oil and cook peppers until tender.
- Add pineapple to peppers
- Top 1/4 cup of rice with pepper mixture and tip with chicken.
