Hawaiian Chicken Rice Bowls

  • 1 pouch Basmati Rice
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 small can Pineapple chunks
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1 Red pepper
  • 1 Orange pepper


  • Marinade chicken in juice from pineapples for one hour
  • Season chicken with seasoning of choice and cook in non stick skillet
  • Cook rice according to directions
  • In seperate skillet add 1 tbsp of grape seed oil and cook peppers until tender.
  • Add pineapple to peppers
  • Top 1/4 cup of rice with pepper mixture and tip with chicken.
