Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a sheet pan with with foil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
Add asparagus and drizzle with 1 tbsp grape seed oil.
Add one minced garlic clove, salt, and pepper.
Toss until evenly coated, then line asparagus in a single layer.
Roast 4-6 minutes depending on thickness.
Meanwhile, remove tail from shrimp.
Remove pan from oven and push asparagus to one side while keeping in a single layer.
Add shrimp and drizzle and drizzle with 1 tbsp oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper.
Toss until evenly coated and line shrimp in a single layer Roast shrimp 6 minutes or until opaque Remove from oven and drizzle with lemon juice.
