Spring Mix Salad with Veggies & Tuna

This is a super easy lunch. Use tuna or salad packets. Load it up with your favorite veggies! Be aware of the kind of dressing you choose. Stay away from high sugar content and mayonnaise based dressings. Most important, watch the amount of dressing you use! Toss it with 1 tbsp.

  • 2 Cups Spring mix salad

Veggies of choice. Broccoli, carrots, peppers etc

  • 1 packet Chunk Lite tuna in water
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add tuna, veggies, and dressing to spring mix salad.
