Turkey Burgers with Air-Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Burgers on whole grain sandwich thins! You caan sub ground turkey for lean ground beef. If you want to lower your carbs, omit the buns and replace your fries with a side of cucumber chips. Sweet potato fries can be baked in an oven as well.

  • Air Fryer


  • 2 Turkey patties
  • Garlic powder, salt, pepper
  • 1 Sweet potato
  • 2 Sandwich thins

Burger fixings


    • Peel sweet potatoes and cut into french fry slices
    • Toss potatoes in grape seed oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper
    • Bake in air fryer at 380 degrees for 20 minutes or in an oven at 425 for 20 minutes
    • Season turkey patties and cook on grill or in a non stick skillet
    • Spread mustard of choice and all burger fixings on the sandwich thins and serve with baked fries
